The Delta VFD-VJ Series combines servo motor technology with hydraulic systems to achieve precise pressure and flow control in injection molding machines. It eliminates energy losses from high-pressure throttling while providing high power-to-weight ratio, long lifespan, and easy maintenance.

Equipped with advanced Field Oriented Control (FOC), the VFD-VJ Series supports induction and permanent magnet synchronous servo motors, offering fast response, high accuracy, and consistent torque. The C-version includes IPM motor self-learning for optimized performance and enhanced protection features such as motor temperature and oil pump shortage safeguards.

The system integrates PWM frequency adjustment, flux weakening control, and a robust metal casing for improved mechanical strength, heat dissipation, and environmental durability.
