PRODUCT FEATURES

Supports up to 32 synchronous axes including virtual axes:

  • AS516E (EtherCAT): 16 axes / 1 ms, up to 16 real axes
  • AS524C (CANopen): 4 axes / 2 ms, up to 24 real axes

Built-in international standard motion instruction library supporting Jerk and BufferMode, enabling uninterrupted motion paths.

Supports both encoder axes and virtual axes without requiring additional encoder modules.

Basic motion control functions for quick start:

  • Speed, position, origin return, torque, position setting, and other single-axis commands

Advanced motion control functions for complex processes:

  • Provides electronic gear, electronic cam, rotary cutting, and other application commands
  • Supports G-code / axis group commands: 8-axis linear interpolation, circular interpolation, helical interpolation

Supports AS Series modules for faster I/O response and is compatible with the next-generation DVP-MC motion control CPU for easy cross-platform migration.

Supports third-party EtherCAT slaves (AS516E), providing flexible system configuration.*

  • Note: Future firmware for AS516E will fully support third-party slave functionality.
