Description
PRODUCT FEATURES
The Delta MH300 Series is a new generation of efficient and compact vector inverters. It inherits the proven drive performance of Delta inverters while offering six key advantages: compact size, application flexibility, system stability, reliable quality, ease of installation, and effective space utilization. The built-in USB function allows rapid parameter copying to improve production efficiency.
MH300 supports both induction and permanent magnet motors in open or closed-loop control. It operates in speed and torque modes and can also perform positioning control. Output frequency ranges from 0 to 599 Hz for standard models, with high-speed models supporting 2000 Hz.
The series features a built-in 5k-step PLC, two 33kHz high-speed pulse input terminals (MI6/MI7), one 33kHz high-speed pulse output terminal (DFM), built-in or optional EMC filters, Torque Off safety certification (SIL2/PLd), and built-in brake choppers. New PCB coating meets IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C2 for enhanced environmental resistance.
Additional features include a high-brightness 5-digit LCD keypad with RJ45 cable support for remote operation, two accessory card slots for I/O expansion, PG card, or communication card installation, and support for multiple communication protocols including DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, and EtherCAT. Built-in PLC program can manage up to eight sets of independent induction motor parameters, with four sets stored internally.
