CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO

The Delta AH Series Motion Control CPU serves as the core of standard motion control systems.

It provides EtherCAT, DMCNET, and Pulse-train interfaces, enabling high-speed and precise motion control.

Each motion control module can operate independently, allowing users to edit and download programs directly to the module.

Modules support standard system architecture and can be installed on local main backplanes or extended backplanes.

Motion control performance:

  • Pulse train: 1 MHz output
  • DMCNET: 12-axis synchronization in 1 ms
  • EtherCAT: 8/16/32-axis synchronization in 0.5 / 1 / 2 ms

Supports UD / PD / AB / 4AB input modes, handwheel input, E-Cam, G-code, 2~6 axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, and 3-axis helical interpolation.

Note: EtherCAT motion control modules (AHxxEMC-5A) currently cannot be installed in I/O slots.

STREAMLINED MOTION CONTROL SYSTEM

Provides motion control interfaces such as EtherCAT, DMCNET, and Pulse-train.

The AHxxEMC-5A can be installed in the CPU slot of a dedicated motion control backplane. In addition to motion control, it can also replace the CPU for general CPU functions.

The compact motion control system does not support backplane expansion.

Motion control modules can still be installed in the I/O slots of the backplane.
