INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SOLUTIONS
The fully automatic fluid filling machine includes four stages: filling, capping, weighing, and labeling. In the filling stage, bottles are transported to the filling station via conveyor, blocked by the discharge cylinder, and the conveyor stops. Six filling nozzles, actuated by the lifting mechanism, fill the bottles. The flow meter monitors volume in real time, and nozzles shut off once the preset capacity is reached. Bottles are then lifted, the discharge cylinder opens, and the conveyor transfers them to the capping machine.
The Delta control system uses HMI series communicating with multiple PLCs to set oil pump and conveyor speeds, adjust six-channel nozzle volumes, and display machine status. PLCs receive detection signals, control solenoid valves, adjust inverter frequencies, and collect instantaneous flow data from the nozzles.
The control system includes Delta HMI, servo drives, inverters, and PLCs. With this solution, the fluid filling line operates with high stability and precision, achieving fully automated production.
