The Delta AH Series Expansion Modules offer a comprehensive range of digital modules (input/output/mixed), analog modules (input/output/mixed), temperature measurement modules, network modules, remote I/O communication modules, and motion control modules.
The AH500 motion control functionality supports any three-axis linear interpolation, any two-axis circular interpolation, and any three-axis helical and continuous interpolation.
Through the Delta DMCNET high-speed communication network, the AH500 can achieve 12-axis simultaneous motion or 4 sets of 3-axis simultaneous interpolation within a 1ms command cycle.
Ideal for complex process control and precision motion control, the AH500 is widely applicable in various industrial machines, including construction machinery, warp knitting machines, food packaging machines, and more.
APPLICATION FIELDS
The AH500 motion control functionality supports arbitrary three-axis linear interpolation, arbitrary two-axis circular interpolation, and arbitrary three-axis helical and continuous interpolation. Utilizing Delta’s DMCNET high-speed communication network, it can achieve synchronized motion of 12 axes within a 1ms command cycle, or 4 groups of 3-axis synchronized interpolation.
