The Delta Hydraulic Servo Motor uses an embedded rare-earth permanent magnet structure, delivering high overload torque for applications requiring fast response. This series features an independent cooling fan and a rotary encoder, making it suitable for various applications such as ultra-low speed high-torque overload scenarios and high-response situations.
It can be paired with Delta inverters and PG cards for seamless integration, improving system efficiency. Energy-efficient design achieves IE4 efficiency level, complying with IEC60034-30-1 / GB30253-2013 standards. When paired with Delta inverters and control algorithms, current is reduced by 15–18% compared to conventional permanent magnet motors at the same output power.
Designed for an 80ºC temperature rise, it supports high-speed start-stop control, providing additional capacity to reduce continuous overload and enhance reliability. Exceptional overload capability, with instantaneous overload up to 250%, surpassing standard 180–200% designs. Optimized with Delta’s motor + inverter integration technology, torque decay under field-weakening control is low, ensuring reliable high-speed performance.
