The Delta VFD-DD Series Door Control Drive features an innovative mechanical design with detachable terminals for easy wiring, a built-in digital operator for convenient control, and a power switch designed for enhanced safety. It supports encoder feedback for precise distance control and asynchronous motor speed control for widely used applications.

Equipped with four sensing components, the drive enables correct door operation modes, multi-speed control, and allows full control via host systems to complete smooth door motion curves. The VFD-DD series provides a complete door control solution suitable for various industrial and commercial environments.

Additional functions include automatic door width learning, superior re-opening curves to reduce horizontal vibration, DEMO mode, compatibility with permanent magnet synchronous motors (supporting A, B, Z, -Z or Delta ECMD-B9160GMS) and induction motors with open-collector or voltage-type encoders (5–12VDC), as well as anti-pinch protection and precise torque detection to maintain door holding force and issue over-time warnings.
