The Delta OpenCNC B-Series CNC System integrates an HMI platform interface, supporting fully customizable layouts for different industries and enterprises. It is compatible with Delta ASDA-A3/B3 series servo drives, permanent magnet spindle systems, and AC motor drives, and supports high-speed data transmission and control via DMCNET to achieve precise motor speed, torque, and positioning control. The system includes a large touchscreen panel and intuitive interface, enhancing operator efficiency and usability.

The system provides industry-specific graphical dialog-based programming, enabling quick setup of machining operations and program creation. It also features intelligent tuning, including servo inertia estimation, resonance suppression, and friction compensation. One-touch tuning can solve quadrant change marks and tapping issues. With CAD/CAM software integration, users can efficiently design advanced grinding processes, such as punch grinding, irregular grinding, and tool grinding, ensuring accuracy and productivity.

OpenCNC supports compound turning/milling, multi-Z-axis operations, and woodworking industry functions. It enables multi-head tool management, G43 multi-head tool length compensation, synchronous and transfer control, chip-free turning, path jump, and multi-segment motion planning. The system accommodates applications ranging from single-head to six-head machines, providing a complete automated machining solution.
