Machine Stable has developed a winding and forming system solution to address the challenges faced by the textile industry. After understanding customer production processes, the solution was designed to optimize efficiency and product quality.
The system uses Delta’s DVP-ES series communication PLC as the main control unit, with high-performance CH2000 vector inverters ensuring stable spindle and winding motor speeds. High-function ASDA-A2 servo drives control the traverse yarn guide for anti-overlap and forming precision, while the DOP-B series HMI allows process parameters and recipes to be set and displayed.
Moreover, the entire Delta winding and forming system adopts a CANopen bus architecture, ensuring high-speed communication throughout the system.
Machine Stable’s winding and forming solution is suitable for various machines, including twisting machines, covering yarn machines, air-jet spinning, and rotor spinning, meeting industry demands for high-quality winding and forming. The solution has already been successfully implemented across multiple customer sites and machine types, earning industry recognition.
