The DVP-50MC Series is an EtherCAT-based multi-axis motion controller independently developed by Delta, featuring a 100 Mbps high-speed fieldbus and distributed clock technology for precise and synchronized data transmission.
By utilizing EtherCAT communication, the controller enables fast, accurate, and efficient multi-axis synchronization, making it suitable for high-performance motion control applications.
Through the EtherCAT interface, the system supports control of up to 24 real motion axes, while virtual axes can be assigned within a range of 1 to 32 without overlapping physical axes.
The DVP-50MC Series supports internationally standardized motion control instruction libraries, allowing users to quickly learn, configure, and deploy complex motion systems.
Single-axis motion functions include position control, speed control, torque control, and homing operations, while advanced multi-axis instructions support electronic gearing, electronic camming, rotary cutting, and G-code-based motion control.
Built-in communication ports eliminate the need for additional expansion modules, and dual-side expansion interfaces allow flexible integration of DVP-S series left-side and right-side modules.
