CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU PRODUIT

The Delta MH300 Series represents a new generation of compact and efficient vector inverters. It inherits Delta’s proven drive performance and offers six advantages: compact size, flexible application, system stability, reliable quality, easy installation, and optimized space utilization. The built-in USB function allows fast parameter copying, enhancing production efficiency.

MH300 supports both induction and permanent magnet motors in open or closed-loop control. It operates in speed and torque modes and can perform positioning control. Standard models provide an output frequency from 0 to 599 Hz, while high-speed models can reach 2000 Hz.

The series includes a built-in 5k-step PLC, two 33kHz high-speed pulse input terminals (MI6/MI7), one 33kHz high-speed pulse output terminal (DFM), built-in or optional EMC filters, Torque Off (STO) safety certification (SIL2/PLd), and built-in brake choppers. New PCB coating meets IEC 60721-3-3 class 3C2, ensuring enhanced environmental resistance.

Additional features include a 5-digit high-brightness LCD keypad, RJ45 cable support for remote operation via RS-485, two accessory card slots for I/O expansion, PG card or communication card installation, and multiple communication protocols including DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, Profibus DP, Modbus TCP, and EtherCAT. The built-in PLC program allows up to eight independent induction motor parameters, with four sets stored internally.
