CARACTÉRISTIQUES DU PRODUIT

The AH Series Motion Control CPU combines high-performance motion control with flexible CPU functions, supporting EtherCAT, DMCNET, and Pulse-train interfaces.

Motion control modules can operate independently, allowing users to edit and download programs, and all modules follow the standard system architecture.

Modules can be installed on both local main backplanes and extension backplanes, ensuring scalable deployment.

Motion control capabilities include:

  • Pulse-train output up to 1 MHz
  • DMCNET: 12-axis synchronization with 1 ms cycle time
  • EtherCAT: 8 / 16 / 32-axis synchronization at 0.5 / 1 / 2 ms
  • Supports UD / PD / AB / 4AB input modes, handwheel input, E-Cam, G-code, 2–6 axis linear interpolation, 2-axis circular interpolation, 3-axis helical interpolation

Simplified motion control modules (AHxxEMC-5A) can replace the CPU for general CPU tasks when installed in dedicated CPU slots, but cannot be installed in I/O slots.

ISPSoft V3 software integrates logic programming with motion programming and provides PLCopen® standard-compliant function blocks along with Delta’s rich library of motion control blocks.
