The DVP-20PM Series is a professional motion control PLC designed for high-precision multi-axis applications, supporting G-code and M-code programming for flexible motion execution.
It provides 3-axis linear, circular, and helical interpolation, enabling accurate path control for complex motion processes.
The controller supports electronic cam functionality with up to 2048 points, as well as flying shear and follow-cut applications, making it suitable for high-speed and continuous production systems.
The DVP-20PM can function both as a motion control master and as an expansion module, offering flexible system architecture for diverse automation requirements.
Equipped with 16 built-in I/O points and expandable up to 512 I/O points, it ensures scalability for complex control systems.
The series features high-speed differential pulse outputs, direct handwheel input support, electronic gearing, and comprehensive single-axis motion control functions.
